Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a password. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to confirm your details. The whole process takes just a few minutes. Make sure the information you enter matches your Philippine government ID, as this is used for KYC verification when you're ready to withdraw.

You must be at least 21 years old. This is strictly enforced through identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.

No. One account per person, strictly. Using multiple accounts is against the areplus Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Contact areplus support at [email protected] with your account details and the change you need to make. Identity verification will be required to confirm that the request is coming from the genuine account holder before any sensitive details are updated.

Deposits and Funding

areplus accepts deposits via Philippine bank transfer and registered Philippine e-wallets. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods for betting activity on the platform.

Most deposits reflect in your areplus balance quickly after the transfer is completed on your end. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, contact areplus support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals and KYC

areplus accepts valid Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification. Common examples include a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card. The name on your ID must match the name on your areplus account exactly. KYC is a one-time process.

No. Withdrawals at areplus are only processed to accounts in the verified account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted under the platform's security and compliance requirements.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the status of your KYC verification. Once approved, funds are sent to your Philippine bank account or e-wallet. If your withdrawal is taking longer than expected, check its status in your dashboard and contact support with your request reference if needed.

No. Sports betting involves genuine uncertainty and financial risk. No system, strategy, or sequence of past results can guarantee a winning outcome. areplus never claims otherwise. Bet only with PHP you can afford to lose, and treat it as entertainment rather than a source of income.

Slots and Live Casino

Slot outcomes on the areplus platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Each spin is independent – previous results have no bearing on what happens next. There is no pattern, and no strategy changes the fundamental randomness of the outcome.

Account Security and Login

First, check that you're using the email address or mobile number registered to your account and that your password is correct. Change your password immediately and contact areplus support at [email protected] to report the suspected unauthorised access. Support can flag your account for review and help secure it. As a reminder, areplus will never ask for your password or OTP via email, SMS, or chat – any such request is a scam.

OTP two-factor authentication is a security feature that protects your account. Even if someone obtains your password, they can't access your account without the one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. This step is standard for all areplus logins and cannot be removed.

Responsible Gaming

Contact areplus support through your account dashboard or at [email protected] and request a cooling-off period. You can specify the duration. During this time your account will be suspended and areplus will stop sending promotional communications. For more information, see the Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term option for players who feel they need an extended break. When you request self-exclusion, your account is suspended for the duration you choose and areplus will not send you marketing communications during that period. Any withdrawable PHP balance will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Contact support to arrange this.
