1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the areplus platform, including the website at areplus.app and the areplus mobile application. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

areplus is an online betting and gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. All platform activity – sports betting, slots, live casino, eBingo, and all related financial transactions – is governed by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the areplus platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the areplus platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or otherwise restricted from accessing online betting services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, agent, or affiliate of areplus or any of its related entities.

areplus reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the areplus platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. All account information must match the identity documents you submit for KYC verification.

• Providing false registration information may result in immediate account closure.
• Accounts registered using another person's details are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and accurate.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your areplus account login credentials. This includes your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes used for two-factor authentication.

areplus recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Bets placed and transactions completed while you are logged in are considered authorised by you, regardless of whether access was made by you personally or by a third party using your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other websites.
• Do not log in on shared or public devices without logging out fully.
• OTP codes should never be shared with anyone claiming to represent areplus.

5 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on areplus are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted funding methods are limited to Philippine bank transfer, mobile banking, and registered Philippine e-wallets.

areplus does not accept deposits or payments via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Only payment methods registered under the same name as your areplus account are accepted.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are shown in the payment section of your account.
• areplus is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically reversed – contact support if a funding issue occurs.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PHP winnings are available to fully verified accounts only. Before any withdrawal is processed, your identity must be confirmed through the KYC process, and your withdrawal destination must be a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered under your verified name.

Third-party withdrawals – sending funds to a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person – are not permitted under any circumstances.

• areplus may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal if fraud or identity concerns arise.
• Pending bets or wagering requirements attached to bonus funds may affect the withdrawable balance.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on areplus are final once confirmed. areplus reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a technical error, data feed issue, or clearly erroneous odds were displayed at the time of placement.

Sports betting markets – including basketball (PBA/NBA), football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and all other covered events – are subject to their respective event rules. Bet settlement follows official results as confirmed by the governing body of the event.

• Pre-match bets placed before an event are settled on the final outcome unless otherwise stated.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of areplus and may be suspended or removed during an event.
• Parlay bets are settled when all selections are resolved. One void selection may reduce the parlay rather than void it entirely, depending on the parlay type.
• areplus may impose maximum bet limits per market, event, or account.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors or obtain unfair advantage will result in bet voiding and potential account suspension.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

areplus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

General principles applying to all areplus promotional offers:

• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only and cannot be claimed multiple times unless explicitly stated.
• areplus does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.
• Abuse of promotional offers – including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

9 Responsible Gaming

areplus is committed to supporting players who want to manage their gaming activity. Tools including voluntary account restrictions, betting limits, and self-exclusion are available on request.

• Self-exclusion requests, once processed, will be applied within a reasonable time frame.
• areplus will not knowingly facilitate betting by players who have self-excluded.
• Players should only bet with funds they can afford to lose without financial hardship.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the areplus platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Sharing account access with another person.

11 Suspension and Account Closure

areplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, account balances may be withheld pending investigation. areplus will cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities in such cases.

If you wish to voluntarily close your areplus account, contact support through your account dashboard. Any outstanding withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal terms.

12 Changes to These Terms

areplus may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notification will be provided through the platform – either via an in-platform notice, email to your registered address, or both.

Continued use of the areplus platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, your option is to close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
